Evaluation samples
Evaluation sample sizes, prices and ordering options vary by ingredient. Use the product page to purchase an available priced sample or request a sample enquiry to confirm the options.
Why our samples are paid
A free sample costs the supplier nothing to send and the recipient nothing to ignore, so most of them are never evaluated. We would rather send fewer samples and support each one properly.
The fee covers the material and documentation pack only, without any margin. The accompanying technical support is provided free of charge. The fee serves as a filter for serious evaluation requests, not as a revenue line.
What the fee does
Sample fees are credited in full against your first commercial order within 12 months. If the evaluation leads somewhere, the sample effectively cost nothing.
Qualified projects may receive a partial or full waiver. Tell us about the project — the active, the dosage form, the target market and the indicative volume — and we will issue a discount code where it fits. You do not need to argue for it; just describe the project.
What to confirm with your sample request
Confirm the following for the ingredient and batch before arranging an evaluation shipment:
- The sample quantity, suitable packaging and business-evaluation labelling
- The applicable technical data sheet and product specification
- The batch-specific certificate of analysis
- Storage and handling guidance
- Available technical support for the evaluation
What we ask in return
Nothing binding. But the single most useful thing you can send back is what happened: the application tested, the dose used, the process conditions, what performed and what did not. That feedback shapes our development pipeline more than anything else we have.
Larger quantities
Available priced packs can be ordered from the product page. For packs without a published price, custom quantities or commercial supply enquiries, request a quotation and tell us the quantity, application and documentation you need.
