Evaluation sample sizes, prices and ordering options vary by ingredient. Availability is confirmed according to product status, qualification status and current development or commercial stock.
Evaluation sizes
Evaluation samples generally start at 50 g. Some products use 100 g or 250 g packs. Confirm the available size and packaging on the product page or through a sample enquiry.
Sample fees and project review
Evaluation samples are normally paid. A partial or full waiver may be approved at NexaGens' discretion for a qualified B2B project after review of the active ingredient, dosage form, target market, expected annual volume, technical fit and development value. Any waiver is confirmed in writing.
A paid sample fee may be credited in full, once, against the first commercial order from the same legal customer for the evaluated product or project when the order is placed within 12 months. The relevant sample order or invoice must be identifiable in the commercial quotation.
What to include with your request
Tell us the ingredient, intended application, target market, required quantity and documents needed for evaluation. NexaGens will confirm current sample availability, applicable pack options, price, packaging and available technical documentation for the request.
Commercial quantities
Evaluation packs are not commercial minimum order quantities. Commercial availability, MOQ, lead time, packaging and delivery terms are confirmed through the quotation process.
