Technology
Four complementary ingredient platforms, each engineered to solve a different formulation problem.
Vezicle™ Liposomal Delivery
Phospholipid vesicle (liposomal) delivery can improve the dispersion and formulation handling of selected poorly water-soluble or stability-sensitive ingredients. NexaGens uses the word ‘liposomal’ only when the supplied product contains characterised phospholipid vesicles and the relationship between the active and the vesicle structure has been demonstrated. Where a product is phospholipid-coated, emulsified or matrix-protected rather than truly liposomal, the website uses the more accurate technical description.
Applying that standard to our own catalogue: all six products on this platform have completed vesicle characterisation, confirming genuine phospholipid vesicle systems.

Kapsyra™ Microencapsulation
Microencapsulation embeds or surrounds an ingredient within a food-grade protective matrix or coating. The platform supports product-specific protection and formulation performance, including oxidation, light, heat or moisture protection; taste and odour masking; volatility control; oil-to-powder conversion; reduced ingredient interaction; improved dispersibility; and better powder handling.
Kapsyra™ grades are immediate or non-modified release unless a product specification explicitly states otherwise. Protection and sensory masking are not described as controlled release.

PelleTune™ Functional Pellets
Functional pellets are multiparticulate ingredient units engineered for a defined release or protection profile. PelleTune™ includes immediate release, four-hour and eight-hour sustained release, taste- or odour-masked immediate release, enteric release, and stability-protected immediate release formats. A matched 500–850 µm range supports blend uniformity where different pellet populations are combined.

Infusera™ Matrix Infusion & Cold-Water Dispersion
Infusera™ structurally infuses actives into a hydrophilic dispersible matrix to improve cold-water dispersion, sedimentation resistance and dose uniformity without chemical modification of the active.
The first grade is CreaGlide™ Creatine Monohydrate, developed for instant drink powders and stick packs. It is not positioned for shelf-stable ready-to-drink products.
